- fresh mozzarella (you can taste the difference!)
- fresh basil
- pizza/ pasta suace
- sea salt
Then leaving the oven on I removed the toasted flat bread topped it with the sauce, fresh basil, mozzarella and sea salt and placed it back into the oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted. And that's it! A little taste of Italy without the thick (calorie filled) crust. So yummy! xoxo -Hillary
