To get started you need to print the photos from your phone- which can be done in many ways like ordering the prints online or just printing yourself
I chose to print mine myself and did not use photo paper but I do believe they would look even better if you did.
You will need a few other supplies like....
Cut out all your pictures...
Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge glue to the tile
While the glue is tacky place your photo and smooth down.
Do this to all your tiles and let dry.
While the tiles are drying take your adhesive foam and cute about 1'' x 1'' pieces - four for each tile and set aside.
After the tiles are dry apply a thin layer over the top of the photo covering the top of the tile.
Let this completely dry before using the sealer
After dry take the sealer in a well ventilated area and evenly coat all the tiles. Let dry and do another coat -repeat this step once more.
After the sealer has dried completely (may take a few hours) Take each of the foam pieces and adhere them to the four corners of the tile.
